Damaged Goods



At Just Print Services we do understand that damages do occur sometimes.

In the first instance you must contact us by email sales@justprintservices.com detailing the damage.

Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier.

(if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas



Mainland UK

Your delivery will be sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight of the item. The delivery service we use is at our discretion and your order will show the service used once dispatched. Your order will be updated with a tracking number of the ETA of your items to make sure you are home when it arrives.

Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Some areas in Scotland may take up to 3 days for delivery.
